PHILOSOPHY
Hello, my name is Nicole Goodrich! I am a Licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado. I am a 2017 graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Kishwaukee College.
I specialize in pain relief using relaxation techniques. Benefits of relaxation massage include reduced stress, lowered blood pressure, and improved circulation and lymphatic flow which can overall strengthen your immune system. Relaxation massage also helps in pain management and helps improve posture by relaxing muscles to provide proper bone support, eliminating lower back pain due to prolonged sitting or standing incorrectly.
My practice is mobile which allows me to reach out and provide help to more people.
